As office Manager Mr. AR Dotokusumo will responsible to the First Secretary TI Master Taufan Berliano. The Cultural Ambassador will appoint local representatives in 38 Districts in East java Province, Indonesia to socialize the sultanate Prioity Programs especially reclaim Sabah.

1891 – 1928 Rukirabasaija Daudi Kasagama Kyebambe VI, Omukama of Toro, MBE (c 1.1.1918). b. ca. 1874, eldest surviving son of Rukirabasaija Nyaika Mukabirere Olimi VI, Omukama of Toro, by his wife, Vikitoria Kahinju, educ. privately at Mengo. Fled with his mother and two brothers to Ankole, and on the murder of the latter to Buganda. Signed a Treaty with the IBEAC and was proclaimed at Kabarole by Lord Lugard, 14th August 1891. Installed at Kaberole, 16th August 1891. Received into the Anglican Church and Baptised by Bishop Tucker, taking the name of Daudi (David), 15th March 1896. Crowned at St John’s Cathedral, Kabarole, by the Rev. G.R. Blackledge, 16th March 1908. m. several wives according to ancient custom, but repudiated all of them save his eleventh and favourite wife, whom he remarried according to Angican rites at, St John’s Cathedral, Kabarole, 4th May 1896, Adyeri Damali Tibaitwa, daughter of Nikodemo Kakurora, Chief of Kitagwenda. He d. at Kyangabukama, Mwenge, 31st December 1928, having had issue, seven sons and six daughters:

- 1822 – 186x Rukirabasaija Kaboyo Omuhundwa Olimi V Kasusunkwanzi I, Omukama of Toro, eldest son of Rukirabasaija Agutamba Kyebambe III Nyamutukura, Omukama of Bunyoro-Kitara, by his wife, a lady of the Ababwiju clan. Rebelled and established his own kingdom at Kaboyo during his father’s lifetime, 1822. Spurned the succession to Bunyoro-Kitara on his father’s death. He d. 186x, having had issue:
- 1) Prince (Omubiito) …, who had issue:
- a) Prince (Omubiito) Kabuzi, a nephew of Nyaika, assisted his uncle Mushaga I in his campaign to seize the throne. He was defeated and k. at Kanyanyange, together with a number of other princes, ca. 1870. He had issue, a son:

Captured and deported to Bunyoro by an army sent by Omukama Chwa II Kabarega, 1875. Escaped when British and Buganda forces invaded Bunyoro in 1893/1894 but died before he was able to return to Toro. m. several wives including, Vikitoria Kahinju, of the Ababopi clan, sister of Togwe Rusoke, sometime Prime Minister of Toro. He d. in buganda, 1894 having had issue:

Toro Kingdom
- The Royal House of Toro represents the senior line of the Babito Dynasty of Bunyoro-Kitara. The kingdom came into being in 1822 when Prince Kaboyo rebelled against his father and seized the premier provinces of the kingdom. Although named as successor to his father, Omukama Kyebambe III, Kaboyo Olimi V preferred to leave Bunyoro to his younger brother. After a long reign, his death ushered caused a succession dipute between his many sons, that lasted for nearly a decade. Neighbouring kingdoms, particularly Buganda, intervened several times on behalf of various contenders for the throne. Bunyoro, never happy with Toro’s separate existence, invaded in 1876. After a number of attempts at annexation and three wars against various princes, she triumphed in 1880. The Toro Royal family of Toro fled to neighbouring Ankole. Their choice of exile proved fateful, most of them were massacred on the orders of the Banyankore Queen Mother. The sole survivor, Prince Kasagama, fled to Buganda. There he encountered Lord Lugard, then engaged in operations against the warlike and expansionist ruler of Bunyoro. Toro was wrested from him and Kasagama proclaimed as Omukama Kyebambe VI. He later converted to Christianity, performed valuable service against the Germans in the East African campaign, and reigned for thirty-seven peaceful years. Rukidi III succeeded his father in 1928. The first Western educated ruler, he had studied at King’s College at Budo and served as an officer in the King’s African Rifles, and in the Uganda Police. He too reigned for thirty-seven years, dying in 1966. Patrick Olimi III, reigned for a little over a year before the abolition of the kingdoms. After a long period of exile in Kenya, he eventually returned home and represented his country as Ambassador to Cuba. He enjoyed his restoration for a little over two years, dying in 1995 and leaving his throne to his three year-old son, Rukidi IV.

Today the meeting of opposition organized by Committee of five requirements has taken place in Moscow on Pushkinsky square. On meeting the colleague of Russian party Grand Prince Valeriy Viktorovich Kubarev has made speech. On meeting in the center of Moscow, despite of bad weather, have gathered few hundred people, demanded resignation of the government, carrying out of fair and transparent elections to the State Duma of the Russian Federation and presidential elections in 2012. Holding meeting called to recognize the future elections illegal and forged as the authority refuses to recognize legitimate rights and freedom of Russian people. Participants of assembly have declared, that there can be no beforehand predetermined presidential elections and parliament when already results of voting at congress of swindlers and thieves yesterday appear. Only to people to decide, who will enter the Duma and becomes the President. | Fund of Princes has received from Ministry of culture the Russian Federation and ROC letters from which follows, that the Government of the Russian Federation ignores the Decree № 267 from 03.03.2011 the President of the Russian Federation D.A. Medvedev and Russian Church is not interested in celebration of Grand Prince Rurik.
It was found out, that the program of celebrating of the 1150-anniversary of origin of the Russian statehood in 2012 will not be financed by the Government of the Russian Federation properly. In particular, Fund of Princes has received the letter № 5422-01-64/01-АБ from 08.08.2011, signed by the Deputy Minister of culture A.E. Busygin. The citation from the letter: « According to the letter of Governmental body of the Russian Federation from July 8, 2011 № П44-28437 about offers of Fund of Princes … in the plan of celebrating of the 1150-anniversary of Russian statehood Ministry of culture of Russia informs. Actually the Government of the Russian Federation has refused to finance almost all actions of Fund in 2012. Thus the Ministry of culture has agreed to support festival of choral singing on share conditions. Under our information practically all other organizations which have put forward the offers in the plan of solemn actions of 2012, have received similar refusals. To find inappropriate assignments for these purposes it is represented by the extremely improbable event. Fund of Princes has received also the answer from Patriarchy ROC concerning to the initiative of Fund on canonization Rurik, as regal благоверного the monarch – the founder of the Russian statehood. The letter № O-034 from 15.08.2011 has come from the Synod commission on canonization sacred, signed by hegumen Joseph (Krukov). The citation is: « According to Definition of the Sacred Synod from July 7, 1989: «… The initiative about excitation of questions on canonization should proceed from the Sacred Synod or from ruling Firsts Priest bishops ». Laymen and the public organizations esteeming the devotee of piety, on all questions of his glorification address to ruling Firsts Priest. A Royal communiqué from His Royal Highness Prince Omar Kiram Dux de Legazpi Duque de Vivar-Maniquiz, Grand Prince & Prince Marshal & Grand Master of the Royal Orders.
To All and Singular: To all whom this Royal communiqué shall come, greetings!
“Be it hereby duly known with the most gracious Royal assent and approbation, and after due deliberation by the Royal Council which unanimously agreed and recommended to His Majesty Sultan Muhammad Fuad Abdulla Kiram the First, The Sultan of Sulu & The Sultan of Sabah, Head of Islam & Head of Sultanate, The 35th Reigning Sultan – for the select personage to be granted the illustrious and honorable award, rank and title as “Hereditary Knight/ Datuk Katurunan/ Baronet” and is entitled to be called “The Honorable” and he can use the letters “DRK” (Datuk/ Knight of the Royal Order of Kiram) after his name as post nominals signifying he is a Baronet announced hereto.”
Citation reads:
For exemplary achievements in bringing closer understanding between Muslims and Christians and for his continuing praiseworthy services rendered to the Royal Crown of Sulu & Sabah as the grantee of honors and distinction whose name appears below shall become Datuk Katurunan, Hereditary Knight or Baronet of the Royal Order of Kiram with immediate effect as from today the 23rd day of September in the year 2011:
The Honorable Datuk Sir M. Teodoro Calasanz, DRK (Makati City, Philippines)
His personal Knightly Arms as a Baronet shall be designed and marshaled by the Royal College of Arms and to be granted by His Majesty Sultan Muhammad Fuad Abdulla Kiram the First, with his name inscribed on the “motto scroll” as a mark of favor and recognition of his achievements for his exclusive use in any of his honorable pursuit and endeavor.
His Majesty Sultan Muhammad Fuad Abdulla Kiram the First thereafter ordered and issued a Royal Edict to be signed and sealed today at Royal Maimbung, Sulu this 23rd day of September in the year 2011.
This Royal Edict appears as a matter of public records and to be made known accordingly and we congratulate the well-deserving Royal grantee.
Note: This Royal grant as Hereditary Knight of The Royal Order of Kiram appearing hereto is free and without any fee or payment from the grantee, as this Royal award is based on achievements and contributions to society and not the ability to pay for the recognition. We have many Royal Grantees globally and no one paid any fee to us to receive the much sought after Royal recognition from the oldest unbroken royalty in the Philippines since the year 1405 to this day to be declared as our Datuk Katurunan, Hereditary Knight or Baronet of The Royal Hashemite Sultanate of Sulu & Sabah.

The Honorable Datuk Sir Rodolfo John Ortiz Teope, KRSS (Quezon City, Philippines)
Furthermore, The Honorable Datuk Sir Rodolfo John Ortiz Teope, KRSS, is also hereby appointed as the “Royal Minister for Youth Affairs” of The Royal Hashemite Sultanate of Sulu & Sabah for a period of five (5) years from the date hereof, unless otherwise revoked and shall continue after the expiry date by mutual consent between the Royal Crown of Sulu & Sabah and the aforesaid Royal Minister for Youth Affairs who shall act and execute all edicts of His Majesty Sultan Muhammad Fuad Abdulla Kiram the First through the Grand Prince and Prince Marshal.
